Current website scope
Lime Health does not currently accept patient information or protected health information through this website or its brief-request process. Any future work involving protected health information requires appropriate agreements and qualified safeguards, including a business associate agreement where applicable, before information is shared. The website presents public healthcare information, derived comparisons and clearly labeled fictional examples. These materials support operational discussion; they do not provide patient-specific advice or clinical decision support. Receiving a facility brief does not grant access to a hospital’s systems or records.
Contact and data sharing
Website contact actions use email and do not provide a patient-data upload channel. Please do not send patient information, private operational records, credentials or sensitive security details. A request for a brief is separate from an agreement to access customer data.
Before working with customer information
Any later work requires agreement on the information needed, permissions, responsible people, access, transfer, storage, retention and deletion. Security and integration requirements must be reviewed for that particular scope before information moves.

Email contact@limehealth.co with the affected page or feature and a short, non-sensitive description. Please do not include passwords, patient information or exploit payloads. We can agree a suitable channel for further details. Please coordinate any testing with us first.
Questions about safeguards
