Privacy

How Lime Health handles website information, business research and messages you choose to send.

Who is responsible

Lime Health Corp. operates this website. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@limehealth.co. Our registered-agent correspondence address is 251 Little Falls Dr, Wilmington, DE 19808; this is not presented as an operating office.

Information and its use

We receive the information you choose to send by email, such as your name, work contact details, organization, facility and question. We use it to respond, review your request and continue the discussion you requested. Contact links open your email application; there is no website submission form or automatic account creation.

Public professional information

We research publicly available professional information, including names, job titles, organizations and professional profile links, from organization websites, public professional profiles and other public business sources. We use it to understand relevant responsibilities and consider appropriate business contact about care-transition work. We retain source references and review dates; public information can be incomplete or out of date. We keep this information while it remains relevant to that purpose and review correction, removal and objection requests. Email contact@limehealth.co to ask about information we hold about you, correct it, request removal or ask us not to contact you. These research records are separate from public facility statistics and are not published as a directory on this website.

Hosting and service providers

The public website uses Hosting.com and Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and protection. These providers may process connection information, including IP addresses, browser details and request logs. Email is also handled by the mail services used to send and receive your message. Public CMS facility data and website visitor information are different types of information.

Cookies & browser storage

The website saves your light, dark or system theme choice in your browser so it can be remembered between pages. This preference stays in that browser until you change it or clear the site’s stored data. Clearing browser data can reset your preference. Hosting, sign-in and security services may also use cookies or similar technologies under their own settings and notices. This notice does not describe private portal saved views or account settings.

Analytics and external links

Google Analytics, advertising trackers and tracking pixels are not enabled in this website release. The LinkedIn icon is an ordinary link, not an embedded social widget. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. Any future analytics must be reviewed, disclosed and given applicable consent controls before activation.

Retention and privacy requests

We keep correspondence for the time needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable obligations. Provider log retention is controlled by the relevant service settings. Email contact@limehealth.co to ask about information you shared or request a correction or deletion. Where GDPR or other applicable law provides rights to access, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent, you may contact us to exercise them. We may need to confirm your identity and consider legal recordkeeping requirements.

International privacy requirements

Privacy requirements depend on the activity, information and locations involved. If you have a question about applicable privacy rights or international handling of your information, contact contact@limehealth.co. Separate terms and safeguards are needed before any customer data is shared.

Before sending a message

Please do not send patient information, private operational records, passwords or other sensitive information through these website contact routes.
