We want people to be able to read, navigate and use this website across devices and input methods.
What we support
The website includes responsive layouts, light and dark themes, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, labeled controls and reduced-motion support. Wide article tables can be scrolled and reached by keyboard. Sample documents include direct save and print actions.
What we have checked
Our release checks cover representative desktop, tablet and phone widths in both themes, page boundaries, navigation and document layouts. These checks do not establish full accessibility or formal WCAG conformance. We have not completed a comprehensive assistive-technology audit.
Known limits
Browser print dialogs, downloaded documents and external websites can behave differently from the website itself. If a document or interaction is difficult to use, tell us what you were trying to do and we will discuss an alternative way to share the information.
